FIELD: microbiology, dairy industry. SUBSTANCE: product has dry biomass of lactic acid bacteria and filling agent. Dry biomass of Lactobacillus acidophilus strain 317/402 or dry biomass of Bifidobacterium bifidum or a mixture of dry biomass of Lactobacillus acido-philus strain 317/402 and dry biomass of Bifidobacterium bifidum taken at the ratio 1:1 at titer value of indicated lactic acid bacteria 107-1010 CFU/g are used as lactic acid bacteria. Component improving organoleptic properties of product and additive in dried form, providing acceleration of process of revival and vital activity of bacteria in human gastroenteric tract are used as filling agent at the following quantitative ratio of product components, wt.-%: dry biomass of indicated bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria, 1.0-50.0; powder-like components improving organoleptic properties of product and additive and providing acceleration of processes of revival and vital activity of bacteria in human gastroenteric tract, the balance, up to 100%. Invention can be used for production of fermented-milk product "Narine" in dried form.
