FIELD: methods of processing of nitrate solutions. SUBSTANCE: method includes heat treatment and boiling down of solutions to concentration close to saturation point of given solution at given temperature. Heat treatment is completed in burner-fired furnace with combustion in it of gaseous hydrocarbon fuel with excessive air and maintained temperature within 400-900 C depending on type of nitrate solution. In this case, solution is sprayed in form of volume spray in furnace upper part toward ascending flow of flue gases wit obtaining, as a result, of thermal decomposition of nitrates of powdery finished product falling down onto furnace bottom and gaseous products at furnace outlet. Gaseous products before their discharge to atmosphere are subjected to cleaning from dust and to absorption by water. EFFECT: produced valuable finished products which may be returned to process and widely used in other fields. 4 cl, 6 ex
