FIELD: metallurgy, more particularly constructional materials in aviacosmic engineering. SUBSTANCE: described is alloy which comprises, wt %: magnesium, 4.5-7.0; lithium, 1.5-3.0; iron, 0.01-0.15; hydrogen, 1,7•10-5•10-5; sodium, 0.001-0.0015; at least one element from group consisting of zirconium, 0.05-0.15; scandium 0.05-0.4; beryllium, 0.005- 0.1 and at least one group consisting of manganese, 0.005-0.3; chromium, 0.005-0.2; titanium, 0.005-0.2; and aluminium, the balance, and product made thereof, claimed alloy makes it possible to reduce weight of product by 10-25% due to low density and using welding instead of riveting, to increase reliability of product and service life thereof due to high characteristics and thermal stability of alloy. EFFECT: improved properties of alloy and product made thereof. 3 cl, 1 ex, 2 tbl
