FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed gas-turbine unit for driving recovery device and obtaining hot exhaust gases, recuperative heat exchanger containing working medium, device to control temperature of hot gases, and turbine. Method of recovery of hot exhaust gases of gas-turbine system includes transmission of heat from hot gases to organic flowing medium which fills recuperative heat exchanger to obtain evaporated organic flowing medium and cooled exhaust gases. Evaporated organic medium is expanded in organic vapor turbine. Expanded organic vapor getting out of turbine is subjected to condensing and is pumped back into recuperative heat exchanger. Pentane or isopentane is used as working medium. Temperature of hot exhaust gases is reduced before conveying their heat to organic flowing medium by injecting ambient air into hot exhaust gases. EFFECT: preservation of serviceability of heat recuperation system at cold weather. 23 cl, 6 dwg
