FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, intermediate fluid medium is heated by exhaust gases, organic liquid working fluid medium is converted into steam by said heated intermediate fluid medium in evaporator to obtain steam-like working fluid medium and cooled intermediate fluid medium. Then said steam-like working fluid medium is expanded in turbine operating on steam-like organic working fluid medium for generating of energy and obtaining expanded steam-like working fluid medium. Said expanded steam-like working fluid medium is condensed to liquid organic working fluid medium getting out of condenser. Liquid organic working medium is returned into said evaporator and before vaporizing, said liquid organic working fluid medium is preliminarily heated by cooled intermediate fluid medium. EFFECT: improved cycle of regeneration of heat, possibility of using heat regeneration system in climates with extreme temperatures. 19 cl, 1 dwg
