FIELD: mechanical engineering; turbines. SUBSTANCE: device is designed for radial-flow and Kaplan turbines. Device has control two-position hydraulic distributor 1 connected, depending on its position, to pressure hydraulic line 2 or drain hydraulic line 3, first actuating two-position hydraulic distributor 4 connecting, in one position, spaces of servomotor by means of hydraulic lines 5, 6 with pressure and drain hydraulic lines 2, 3, and in other position, overlapping change-over hydraulic lines 5, 6, 2, 3, hydraulic distributing device connecting and disconnecting spaces of servomotor with outlet hydraulic lines 8 of regulator hydraulic distributor. Output A of control hydraulic distributor 1 is connected with hydraulic control lines 12, 11 of hydraulic distributing device and hydraulic distributor 4, respectively. Hydraulic distributing device is made in form of second two-position actuating hydraulic distributor 7 connecting spaces of servomotor with output hydraulic lines 8 of regulator hydraulic distributor at pressure in line 12, and overlapping change-over hydraulic lines in other position. First actuating hydraulic distributor 4 is made for overlapping hydraulic lines 2, 3 in position "a" corresponding to pressure in hydraulic line 11. EFFECT: improved reliability. 5 dwg
