SUBSTANCE: method involves determining functional state of myometrium and cytosol estradiol receptor number in myometrium taken from the uterine cervix during labor, ant the end of pregnancy period, during latent and active labor phase. Progressive reduction of estradiol receptor number during accouchement on the background of steady estradiol level in blood plasma being found, functional myometrium state condition conclusions are drawn.
