FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to endocrinous gynecology and concerns gestagen-therapy of endometrium hyperplastic processes. For this purpose bonding properties of endometrium progesterone receptors in cytosolic fraction of endometrium biopsy material are individually evaluated. Level of progesterone receptors is evaluated with radio-ligand method. Value of agent specific bonding with produced progesterone receptors is estimated. Agent of choice is bonding with the greatest value of specific bonding. Method gives possibility of individual selection of gestagenic agents optimally corresponding to endometrium hyperplasia form, and as a result reduction of disease relapse and possibility for generative function realisation.
EFFECT: reduction of disease relapse and possibility for generative function realisation owing to individual selection of agent.
