FIELD: optical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has optic cable reserve drum rotating about the first axis. Reserve coil for attachment member rotates about its longitudinal axis and about an axis set in parallel to the longitudinal axis of electric air power line cable. Rotation takes place in a way that the attachment member envelopes like spiral in continuous manner a unit composed of power line cable and optical cable. The device has means for controlling orientation of the cable pulled from the optic cable reserve drum in parallel relative to longitudinal axis of the power line cable and means for moving reserve drum and coil in the direction of longitudinal axis of the power line cable when keeping the first axis of the reserve drum unchanged.
