FIELD: apiculture. SUBSTANCE: hive frame casing has strip of wooden veneer with section of 0.1- 1 mm. Guides are made in bending sites and fixed by hardened wax. Veneer strip joint ends are fixed with wax, attached to hive members and secured by means of unrefined beeswax strip so that frame may be separated upon honey comb sealing without damaging it. Mounting of veneer strips inside casing provides additional fixation of hive frame, particularly, in case of curved frame. Frame casing may be made from several wooden veneer strips secured with wax. Such construction of frame allows useful area of honey comb to be increased and ecologically clean product to be obtained, packed in compact packages and transported. EFFECT: reduced material usage, decreased labor consumption and provision for obtaining product with prolonged shelf life. 3 cl, 4 dwg
