SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to beekeeping, in particular, to honeycomb frame waxing. Beeswax foundation plate is installed, the size of which exceeds the distance between inner surfaces of two corresponding to each size of the opposite strips of the honeycomb frame. Beeswax foundation plate installation process is performed at ambient temperature from +10 °C to +20 °C with bent beeswax foundation plate to size smaller than distance between inner surfaces of horizontal planks with grooves with subsequent after introduction into grooves by restoration of flatness. Honeycomb frame has a rectangular shape and includes horizontal planks with grooves for fixing beeswax foundation on inner surfaces, side vertical planks and beeswax foundation plate fixed solely in grooves of horizontal planks. There is distance between inner surfaces of frame side plates and vertical edges of beeswax foundation plate. Distance between inner surfaces of plates with grooves makes from 80 to 120 mm.

EFFECT: simplified process of fixing beeswax foundation plate in grooves of tabs of honeycomb frame.
