FIELD: fishery. SUBSTANCE: method involves draining ponds for 7-10 days prior to settling of larvae and after delivery; providing sanitary and preventive practice and destroying root system of rigid plants over the entire pond bed; filling ponds with water and settling ponds with larvae 5-7 days after filling with water. Method is used for growing commercially produced larvae of diadromous and fluvial anadromous benthophage fishes. EFFECT: increased efficiency in controlling fish production processes in artificial ponds, in particular, in intensifying feed stock in fish rearing ponds. 1 tbl, 6 ex
