FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating common intravesicular area using mucosubmucous flap of the urinary bladder with one artificial exit orifice for normal and reflecting urethers to be placed. In cutting out the flap, encircling incision is carried out from the reflecting urether exit including normal urether exit. Internal flap edges are sutured. The second row of sutures covers the created tube with mucosubmucous urinary bladder wall. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 12 dwg
