FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves excising distal stenotic ureter regions. Retained distal ureter region is modeled. Triangular cross-section model is superimposed over the posterior distal ureter segment wall. Ureter walls are sutured above it with graduate transition to narrow part from the dilated one being done. The model is withdrawn and the ureter is brought through submucous urinary bladder tunnel. Ureterovesicular anastomosis is built.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; high antireflux mechanism reliability.
