FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves drilling inclined canal in each of tibia and calcaneus bone after finishing their stumps by sawing. The canals make continuation of one another in opposing calcaneus fragment and the tibia. Achilles tendon is excised near the place it is attached to the calcaneus and a flap is cut out that is conducted through the canals and fixed at the exit from the calcaneal canal. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic postoperative complications. 6 dwg
