FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering three course of laser radiation therapy. The first course begins one month later after the acute period of cerebral blood circulation disturbance attack. The lesion focus projection, base receipt GJ4, E36, VC12, MC6, RP6 points are exposed to treatment. The second course is administered two months later after the first one. Carotid sinus projection is treated to its right and to its left. Then flame points are irradiated. Aorta and pulmonary trunk projection zone are treated. Then the flame points are paravertebrally irradiated. The exposure is continued by acting upon aorta and pulmonary trunk projections in the second left intercostal space The procedure is ended with in acupuncture treatment involving base receipt points. The third is administered 1.5-2 months later after the previous one. Cervical plexus projection C3-Th1 segment is acted on the right and left side, then paravertebral action is applied to L2-L4 segment on the right and left side. Then painful points are treated along the paretic extremity paths. The treatment is ended in acting upon the base receipt.
