FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves treating lesion focus with broad bandwidth electromagnetic radiation having frequency of 100 kHz to 4 GHz as a course of 10-12 daily procedures. Broad bandwidth electromagnetic radiation is additionally applied in the same mode to axillary or inguinal lymphatic node projection zones in the cases of cervical or lumbar vertebral column segment injuries, respectively. The treatment is applied for 5-10 min from two fields. Injured region treatment time is increased from 10 min at the beginning by 5 min from the third-fifth procedure to reach 20 min at the course end. Then, manual therapy is administered by applying postisometric muscle relaxation methods beginning from peripheral muscle groups towards the paravertebral ones, from muscles having no trigger points to treating painful muscle groups in achieving progress with relaxation. The treatment is accompanied with traction and concurrent external extremities rotation and stretching muscle groups surrounding regional lymph nodes.
EFFECT: accelerated biomechanical disorder correction; improved blood and lymph circulation in extremities; pain syndrome alleviation in short time.
