FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves squeezing feeding pipe by means of two flat members, with one of flat members being acoustically connected to ultrasonic vibrations source, till pipe walls come into contact one with the other; continuously transmitting ultrasonic vibrations to pipe wall till pipe material is transformed into viscoelastic state; setting ultrasonic action zone width of at least 8 mm; providing ultrasonic cutting of pipe in direction perpendicular to pipe axis along center of ultrasonic action zone; separating simultaneously sealed containers and unused pipe upon joint stabilization. Method may be used in procedures connected with blood collection, storage and processing at blood transfusion stations and departments.
