SUBSTANCE: method comprises preparation of compound by milling sand, chemical activation thereof by mixing said sand with aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid in amount of 3-10% calculated for compound of sand, mixing of said sand with unslaked lime (calcium oxide) in amount of 4-10% followed by mixing with slaked lime in amount of 6-12%, carbonization of products molded from compound at atmospheric pressure and at temperatures from 60 to 99 C followed by drying at temperature of not high than 100 C.
