SUBSTANCE: invention provides disinfecting and sterilizing agent with antimicrobial activity useful as skin antiseptic when treating operational and injection areas as well as sterilizing medical instruments. Product contains paper textile-like material with moistureproofness at least 50% , sorption capacity at least 4.5 g/g, and retention capacity no less than 100%, which is impregnated with therapeutic agent and enclosed in sealed packet. Therapeutic agent, in dependence on destination, is selected from antimicrobial preparations, antiseptics, bactericidal, fungicidal, and virulicidal preparations, and also those possessing hemostatic activity (some examples are proposed).
