MULTILAYER WOUND DRESSING WITH MULTIPLE FUNCTION NANOMEMBRANES AND RELATED PRODUCTS Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A61K9/70 A61L15/28 A61F13/02 B82B1/00

Abstract RU 2578458 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to combined multilayer multiple functional dressings, namely adhesive bandages or wound dressings. What is described is a combined multilayer dressing comprising at least one of the following layers: A) a layer of absorbent non-woven material with biologically active substances; B) a layer of biodegradable polysaccharide chitosan material with at least one medicinal substance immobilised, C) a layer of absorbent non-woven material with radionuclide and heavy metal sorbent immobilised, D) an upper layer opposite to the wound-facing layer and based on oxygen- and vapour permeable, water-resistant textile or polymeric film material. Each of the layers contains or represents fibrous nanomembranes formed by single-component or composite fibres of 50…300 nm in diameter.

EFFECT: dressings enable the increased protection against a secondary, ie external infection.
