FIELD: separation of liquid heterogeneous systems; applicable in various industries, public utilities, particularly, in treatment of sewage waters to remove suspended matter in underground conditions. SUBSTANCE: separating plates of thin-layer settler module are made with longitudinal ribs and located in two units. Plate longitudinal ribs in each unit are directed towards module center. Installed adjacent to extreme plates are similar plates with longitudinal ribs directed towards side opposite to module center. Plates in units are installed with pitch t equaling the diameter of tubes arranged in rows over edges and in middle of plate pacing. All rows of tubes and plates in upper part are drawn together by means of studs and cross-pieces, and in lower part, only extreme rows are drawn together. One of upper cross- pieces has two eye-bolts ensuring free suspension of module with preset angle of inclination of plates relative to horizon. EFFECT: higher efficiency of water treatment. 7 dwg
