SOLID TRAVELLING-FORM SET Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: building implements; erecting monolithic civil and residential buildings. SUBSTANCE: solid traveling-form set has composite L-shaped panel members with buttend plates forming tunnel when joined together; fastening members for butt-joining the panels; adjustable-length struts; rollers; posts; parallel channel-section bearing girders of vertical panels interconnected at joints by means of channel-section inserts of smaller size; ceiling and butt- end panels joined together along butt-joint by closing rotary buckles arranged around coupled locking bolts; embedded members made in the form of concrete crosses, auxiliary equipment (draw-out and hinged gantries); bearing parallel stiffening girders of butt-end panel abutting upon vertical one are in contact with stop fixed on parallel bearing stiffening girders of vertical panel and are resting on vertical panel in working position. Detachable strap provides for stabilization of axial distance between panels being joined and gap between butt-ends of panel decks; distance between axes of strap cone depressions is equal to given distance between axes of locking bolts. Thickness of detachable strap catcher is equal to given gap between butt-ends of panel decks. Locking bolts are installed in cone depressions of detachable strap before welding and at the same time catcher is mounted in gap between butt-ends of panel decks and fixed through catcher. EFFECT: enhanced precision of monolithic structure sizes; reduced time taken for mounting and dismounting operations. 2 cl, 7 dwg
