FLOATING BARRIER (EMBODIMENTS) Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC F41H11/05 E02B15/04 B63B21/20

Abstract RU 2794664 C1

FIELD: floating barriers.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to mark the boundaries of the restricted area of protected objects in the water area with a warning function and create a surface physical barrier to prevent the unhindered penetration of surface and underwater intruders, as well as the detain floating timber and debris. The floating barrier consists of floating sections, each of which includes two floating modules connected in parallel by means of a basic frame and connected in series with each other using detachable movable terminal connectors. Each floating module consists of two floating elements and a power beam placed between them, the ends of which come out of the floating module and are connected to the basic frame. The above-water barrier structure is made of rack-holders with catcher cables and is installed on the beam of the central basic frame. The underwater barrier structure with an underwater barrier net is installed on the beam of the central basic frame in the underwater part. Catching cables of the above-water barrier structure are passed through collapsible guide elements on the rack-holders, which are made configured for tilting when the catcher cables are tensioned. On the spar there are clamps that do not extend beyond the end sides of the floating module, and protective bumpers are made on the basic frame. Each rack-holder of the above-water barrier structure has at its base a movable mount made in the form of a metal cup rigidly fixed on the beam of the central basic frame, into which a carrier pin is inserted with a locking plate rigidly fixed in its lower part, in the upper part of the metal cup it is fixed a metal ring with a gap between the ring and the bearing pin. High rigidity polyurethane is poured inside a metal cup with an inserted carrier pin, and a rack is put on the upper part of the carrier pin coming out of the cup and fixed.

EFFECT: increased survivability and improved maintainability, water tightness and strength.
