FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: drive is designed to vary the position of the main line stop and control valves used gas and petroleum production installations. The said drive incorporates an electriconeumatic control device, a pneumatic jet motor and a rocker-and-screw turning mechanism with a drive kinematic power absorber. The motor incorporates a rotor running on the shaft in bearings and coupled via the reduction gear with the turning mechanism and, further on, with the drive output shaft coupled, in its turn, with the controlled object shaft. The electropneumatic control device has a housing accommodating control and air-operated valves, and explosion proof chamber, permanent electromagnets and permanent magnets, as well as a mechanical device to absorb the drive kinematic power and an electronic circuit to limit the drive motion. There is an idler gear in the engine, between the rotor shaft and reduction gear, in mesh with the rotor shaft gear ring. The said gear shaft is sealed by sleeve gasket to seal the motor housing section along with the rotor shaft passing through it. Here, note, that the said section is provided with a safety valve to be communicated with the drive housing surface.
