FIELD: mechanical engineering; transport engineering; machine tool manufacture. SUBSTANCE: proposed transmission includes input shaft 1 and output shaft 2, inertial braking unit and differential gear. Inertial braking unit includes central immovable bearing wheel 3 engageable with main satellites 4 and main flywheels 5 rigidly connected with these satellites and mounted on radial axles 6 of carrier fitted for independent rotation on input shaft 1. Additional satellites 22 and 23 fitted on radial axles 6 of carrier are coaxially locked with additional flywheels 24. Transmissions of satellites 22 which are external relative to axis 0-0 of transmission are engageable with central movable bearing wheel 19 which is linked with input shaft 1 by means of hollow intermediate shaft 20 and two pairs of gear wheels (17, 15 and 16, 18). Two wheels 15 and 16 are secured on bearing shaft 14 mounted in transmission housing 13. Internal additional satellites 23 are thrown into engagement with central drive wheel 21 which is rigidly connected with first central wheel 11 of differential gear by means of hollow drive shaft 7. Second central wheel 12 of differential gear is fitted on input shaft 1. Carrier 10 of differential gear is mounted on output shaft 12.
