SUBSTANCE: valve has first seat 6 and second seat 7 on either side of cross section (F) of narrow passage communicated with one of connecting chambers 2 and 102. Shut-off member (8; 108) is engageable with both seats of valve. Both zones (16, 17; 116, 117) adjoining those sides of valve seats which are opposite to cross section (F) of narrow passage are communicated with other connecting chamber (3; 103).
