FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking blood samples taken from patients for determining relative concentration of lysophosphatidylcholine, sphingomyelin and phosphatidylcholine of phospholipid blood spectrum. Coefficient is calculated from formula PC 2 / SM x LPC, where LPC is the relative level of lysophosphatidylcholine concentration, SM is the relative level of sphingomyelin concentration, PC is the relative level of phosphatidylcholine concentration. The value being equal to 1 - 4, human resistance to chronic hepatitis and hepatic cirrhosis is considered to be the case. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of method.
