FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing cereal straw, stubble decomposing activator and soil microflora activator into soil. Ground straw is uniformly spread over field during harvesting of cereals in an amount of 4-6 t/hectare, with following embedding of spread straw into soil by fall plowing. Biological preparations of stubble decomposing activator and soil microflora activator are applied into soil in spring at presowing cultivation period to 6-10 cm depth at the rate of 1,000 ml/hectare of each preparation. Method allows yield of cereals, for example of buckwheat, to be increased by 25% and ecologically clean product to be obtained. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved yield. 1 tbl, 5 ex
