FIELD: thermal treatment of ready liquid products. SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying steam into apparatus at the same time into two independent channels arranged one inside another, with outer channel being formed as nozzle for ejecting product into inner channel; providing mixing and primary heating through of product with steam; supplying basic steam via inner channel into heated-through product at nozzle outlet end for product pasteurization; exposing product to acoustic waves for obtaining homogenized product. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced power consumption and wider range of technical equipment for product pasteurization and homogenization. 3 cl, 1 dwg
