FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying visual contrastometric examination using blue and red stimuli of known spatial frequency. Contrast sensitivity preservation rate is determined from contrast sensitivity different with respect to these colors when compared to a norm. Light scattering rate is determined from mean difference of contrast sensitivity preservation for red and blue stimuli. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of evaluation. 2 cl, 8 dwg
