SUBSTANCE: invention concerns ophthalmology and is intended for choosing the tactics of treatment of optical neuropathy at a postuveal glaucoma at children. Determination of topography of contrast sensitivity of a retina is performed. In the presence of a primary lesion of light on-channels and lesion of red cones the antiinflammatory therapy is spent. At lesion of blank off-channels and at lesion of green cones anti-glaucoma treatment is spent.

EFFECT: way provides an adequate choice of the approach in treatment of an optical neuropathy on the basis of the taped pathogenetic features of course of a postuveal glaucoma at children.
