FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has X-ray radiation source with controllable collimator kinematically bound with detection unit to be able to move them relative to an object under examination. Information processing unit has analog-to-digital converter, time mode control members and computer. The detection unit has scintillation unit and matrix photodetector unit connected to analog-to-digital converter. The detection unit additionally has projecting unit directed along the optical axis between scintillation unit and matrix photodetector unit made as zoom lens which object plane is inside the scintillation unit and image plane is coupled with matrix photodetector unit input plane. The output plane of the scintillation unit input plane of the matrix photodetector unit are provided with anti-reflection coating. Information processing unit is provided with additional buffer memory unit connected with analog-to-digital converter, programmed digital commutation unit, digital summing unit, multi-channel video memory unit and reconstruction calculation unit. Information input of the programmed digital commutation unit is connected with buffer memory unit output, the control input is connected with computer bus and its output is connected with the digital summing unit which output is connected with computer bus. The reconstruction calculation unit is connected with the input connected with the programmed digital commutation unit output through the multi-channel video memory unit which channel number is equal to matrix photodetector string number. It is also connected with computer bus. Time process mode control units are designed as time cycle control and parameter definition unit which input is connected with computer bus and its output is connected with matrix photodetector unit control input. Beside that, tomograph optionally has matrix photodetector unit provided with several zoom lenses. In this case, multi-channel reconstruction calculation unit is connected with memory unit and computer bus through video memory unit. Scintillation unit is of composed monocrystal type.
