METHOD OF WELL SWABBING Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: oil and gas producing industry, more precisely, methods of swabbing of oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: method includes reciprocation of swab in well with dipping out of well fluid and additional dynamic action on formation with same fluid and subsequent measurement of value of inflow of formation fluid. After attaining of planned lowering of fluid level in well before producing of depression conditions in formation swab is lowered into fluid for calculated depth. Then, it is lifted with fluid column above level of fluid in well to calculated height and dripped down under total action of weight of swab and fluid column above swab onto fluid below swab. In so doing, depth of swab lowering below fluid level and height of its lifting above fluid level are calculated to ensure hydraulic shock and its effect on filter and formation with displacement of impurity particles Lifting and dropping of swab is repeated up to stabilization of volume of inflow of formation fluid. EFFECT: higher efficiency of method due to quality cleaning of filter and bottom-hole formation zone. 1 dwg
