FIELD: oil producing industry, particularly, technology of completion of oil wells by swabbing. SUBSTANCE: method includes installation of tubing string into well. Upper part of tubing string has holes and its lower part has jet pump. Its channels are narrowing toward tubing string and located at an angle to tubing string axis. Pump separates annulus space from well space. Swab is lowered on cable into tubing string and reciprocated through fixed distance at different depths. Said distances are preset by conditions of method optimization to built-up variable pressure on formation. Fluid is transported from well into tubing string in lifting swab, and back in lowering of swab through jet pump. Fluid is pumped from well through tubing string until oil starts coming from formation. EFFECT: alternation of depression-repression conditions in well in each stroke of swab to produce constant washing of filter and bottom-hole formation zone. 3 cl, 1 dwg
