SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention consists in provision for identification of signal of broadcast television in in-coming channel by way of employment of signal of automatic gain control as signal identifying signals of broadcast television, in provision for automatic storage of high-speed channel by utilization of automatic gain control signal as identifying signals, in provision for high-speed channel switching. Presence of signal of broadcast television is identified on basis of signal of automatic gain control which is carried out at very high speed by means of aids and unit of acceleration transmission.
