FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fruit-berry dessert. Dessert is prepared by mixing the prepared apple and apricot puree, bee honey, food sodium chloride, hazelnut, Eleutherococcus senticosus extract, lipid-containing extract of microorganism Pythium coloratum biomass, oat flakes and water followed by homogenization, sublimating drying and grinding. Prepared mixture is packaged in aseptic condition under vacuum into hermetic container made of combined film material of type "Mailar". Invention provide to prepare the novel dessert product with the more balanced composition of nutrient substances that can be used under autonomous existence conditions. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, new product indicated above, improved quality.
