FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: dessert is prepared by mixing the prepared apple and apricot puree, bee honey, food sodium chloride, hazelnuts, Eleutherococcus sentcosus extract, lipid-containing extract of microorganism Pythium gracile biomass, oat flakes and water followed by homogenization, sublimating drying and grinding. Prepared mixture is packaged in aseptic conditions under vacuum into hermetic container made of combined film material of type "Mailar". Invention can be used for production of fruit-berry dessert. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, new dessert product indicated above, enhanced balance composition of main nutrient substances, use under autonomous existence conditions.
