FIELD: production of fruit-and-berry dessert. SUBSTANCE: dessert is produced by mixing of prepared apple and apricot puree, bee honey, sodium chloride, filbert, extract of Eleutherococcus, lipid-containing extract of biomass of microorganisms Pythium catenulatum, boiled oat flakes and water. Prepared mixture is subjected to homogenization, sublimation drying and grinding. Prepared mixture is packed in sealed package from combined film material "Mailar" type under aseptic conditions in vacuum. EFFECT: new dessert product with more balanced composition of main nutrient substances applicable for using under autonomous conditions of existence.
