FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing the prepared apple and apricot puree, bee honey, hazelnut ground roasted kernels, Eleutherococcus senticosus extract, lipid-containing extract of microorganism Pythium irregulare biomass, boiled semolinia and water followed by homogenization, sublimating drying, grinding and package of prepared mixture in aseptic conditions under vacuum into hermetic container made of combined film material of type "Mailar". Mixture is prepared in the following ratio of components, by mass: apple puree, 102600 - 113710; apricot puree, 36140 - 40053; bee honey, 58139 - 64436; food sodium chloride, 419 - 465; hazelnut ground roasted kernels, 13520 - 17250; Eleutherococcus senticosus extract, 510 - 570; lipid- containing extract of microorganism Pythium irregulare biomass, 100 - 104; boiled semolinia, 26853 - 30690; water, 144550 - 179200. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, broadened assortment, enhanced balance composition of main nutrient components, use under autonomous existence conditions.
