FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: bottle has vessel with opening made in the form of neck, rod tightly inserted into neck opening and projecting with its one end outside vessel, and sealing cap arranged above vessel neck. Rod is made of fibrous material with longitudinal fibers enclosed in flexible casing having length smaller than length of fibrous material on at least outer side of rod. Capillary system is formed between fibers for supplying medicinal preparation. Rod is arranged so as to contact with medicinal preparation. Bottle is used for storing, dispensing and applying medicinal preparations to skin surface and may be used for treating wounded surfaces. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities by providing both unobstructed supplying of medicinal preparations to surface to be treated and removal of microparticles from wounded surface. 5 cl, 3 dwg
