SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical products. The device for applying liquid medicinal products contains a hollow body, a microporous element with microcapillary properties and providing a drug supply to the surface to be treated, and a protective sealing cap overlapping the microporous element. The control sealed membrane separates the drug in the housing and the microporous element. The body is used as a storage container for the drug and has two openings, one of which is located in the lower part and is covered with a cap, and the other is located at the opposite end, blocked by a protective plug and serves to communicate the body with the external environment after removing the cap. The cap contains a needle for perforating the control membrane when the cap is applied and the drug is delivered to the microporous element. The microporous element is disc-shaped.
EFFECT: improving operational characteristics due to isolated storage of the drug and the application method for application to the damaged surface.
