FIELD: flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: lower and top wings, fuselage with tail unit made in form of fin with rudder and stabilizer, elevator and top wing motion mechanism. Device is provided with additional wing whose planes with elevator mounted on them are secured on sides of rear fuselage; its upper portion is provided with bearing platform for mounting the top wing. Top wing motion mechanism is mounted on sides of bearing platform; it includes two guide with struts at the ends which are located symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of fuselage and four slide blocks placed in pairs on guides and connected with top wing. Provision is also made for drive in form of two actuating cylinders connected with top wing by means of rods. EFFECT: improved service characteristics. 5 dwg
