FIELD: aviation; amphibious flying vehicles. device has fuselage with tail unit in form of fin with rudder and stabilizer with elevator. Device is also provided with folding wing, wing folding hydraulic mechanism, two landing gears with wheels and rear leg. Device is provided with drive of rear leg wheel. Leading and trailing edges of wing are profiled by shape of hyperbolic curve. Spring-loaded wheel is mounted in recess of landing gear float. Drive includes engine, two clutches, gearbox, reduction gear, drive and driven sprockets and chain. Wheel is sunken in float recess by amount equal to B= 2/3D, where B amount of sinking of wheel in recess of landing gear float and D is diameter of landing gear wheel; drive of rear leg wheel is located in cavity of tail fuselage.
