The method for disposal of manure is characterized by the fact that it includes preliminary thickening of the initial mass of manure, secondary separation of the condensed mass of manure into solid and liquid fractions and purification of the liquid fraction from suspended solids, preliminary thickening of the initial mass of manure is carried out on a hydrocyclone-thickener in the field of action centrifugal forces, the secondary separation into fractions of the thickened mass of manure occurs in a filter centrifuge to obtain a solid phase with a moisture content of 65-70%, the liquid fraction of manure separated after preliminary thickening and the filtrate obtained after secondary separation is additionally subjected to electromechanical processing in a ferrovortex magnetic apparatus, and then fed to a thin-layer sedimentation tank, where, under the action of gravitational forces, a sediment of solid suspended particles is released from the formed mass, and clarified water is drained into an electroflotation tank, in which, by electrolysis of water from light suspended solids are released from the sludge water, while the volume of manure in the storage hopper, containing the solid phase from the filtering centrifuge, the sediment of suspended solids from the thin-layer settling tank and the flotation sludge from the electroflotation tank, enters the brewer's grain feeder, where it mixes with the brewer's grains with a moisture content of 75- 80% with an average particle size of 1.0-1.1 mm, and in the amount of 15% of the volume of manure, and in the form of total biomass is fed into the bioreactor for anaerobic digestion.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the process of utilization of livestock effluents for organic fertilizers and biogas.
