FIELD: highway engineering; preventing transport passage to territory of town adjacent to car gathering sites. SUBSTANCE: fast-removable fence has supporting slab with hole and post with locking device installed on slab; locking device is made in the form of grip with projection and arranged in hole of supporting slab; it is mounted for engagement through projection with supporting slab. Fast-removable fence is provided with stop arranged in hole of supporting slab for fixing the grip when its projection engages supporting slab. Grip is installed for disengaging its projection from supporting slab upon removal of stop. As a result locking device of fast- removable fence can be always and without efforts extracted from ice. Locking device is designed so that there is no need to apply any force to overcome ice compression when extracting grip from ice. EFFECT: improved design of fence. 18 cl, 12 dwg
