FIELD: arrangements for obstructing or restricting traffic, particularly quickly removable barricades, which prevent vehicle passage in zones adjoining vehicle concentration territories.

SUBSTANCE: barricade comprises support panel with cell, post installed on the support panel, connection means for releasable post connection with support panel cell; movable stop for said connection means; control-rod moving in longitudinal direction, and arranged in the post and connected to stop; control rod position fixer, which retains control rod inside post and fixer lock. Control rod position fixer is made as two extensions fastened to control rod so that the extensions may rest upon post in stop removal direction in accordance with extreme stop positions. Control rod is arranged in post and may be shifted in transversal direction relatively longitudinal control rod displacement. Fixer lock may retain control rod in transversal direction.
