FIELD: medicine, in particular, radiation methods for examination of lungs. SUBSTANCE: an X-ray examination of lugs is carried out, inhalation of aerosol of solution of diethylenetriaminopentaacetate labelled 99Tc with an average aerodynamic diameter of aerosol particles not exceeding 1мкм, is accomplished, then the rate of removal of this radiopharmpreparation from the lungs to the blood channel is registered, and if it exceeds the average normative magnitude by more than 2σ, the presence of coniotic pneumonitis is diagnosed, and the level of its activity is determined by the degree of increase of the mentioned rate.
