SUBSTANCE: pictures of lungs both at deep inhalation and deep expiration are obtained by summing up several scintigrams obtained at corresponding phases of breathing process. Damage of the given pulmonary region is predicted at the decrease of a coefficient which reflects changes of breathing activity per a unit of total picture area. EFFECT: higher efficiency to obtain regional quantitative estimation of ventilation-elastic pulmonary properties. 1 tbl
