SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anti- -inflammatory analgesic preparation for topical use that contains loxoprofen or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt in the amount from 0.1 to 5 weight % of total preparation weight and crotamiton in the amount from 0.5 to 5 weight % of total preparation weight. Preparation applied on skin provides metabolism of loxoprofen to trans-OH-form catalyzed by skin ketone-reducing enzyme.
